How To Use It
- Tee time reservations may be made up to 90 DAYS in advance at ALL GOLF HAWAII CARD courses. Call or e-mail the golf courses you wish to play and make tee times. It is not necessary to say you are a GOLF HAWAII CARD holder unless there is some unlikely confusion.
- Upon checking in, present your valid HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD and picture ID. The card is NOT TRANSFERABLE and may be used only by the person whose name appears on the face of the card.
- In the unlikely event that an employee of a participating golf course is unfamiliar with the program, please ask for the head pro, director of golf or general manager.
- Hawaii sales tax (4.166 - 4.712%) additional at most locations.
- Multiple-day programs need not be utilized on consecutive days.
- Multiple-day programs are payable on Day One unless the golf course suggests otherwise.
- Additional days beyond the multiple-day scenario are usually prorated at the lowest rate shown if purchased on Day One. In other words, a three-day program for $240 will usually (but not always) be extended at $80 per-day for additional days if paid on Day One. Please inquire at the specific facility.
- Each course uses a slightly different method to register the additional days in a multiple-day program. Be sure to ask about the check-in procedure for your additional days. Always bring your receipt from Day One, your card, picture ID and your HawaiiGolfDeals GHC Rate Card.
- Replays on unlimited golf programs are always subject to availability. Always check-in with the pro shop or starter before playing additional holes.
- Consult the HawaiiGolfDeals booklet for program details.
- All HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARDs expire on Jan. 31 of the year following your subscription purchase. No exceptions!
- All offers good at least thru Jan. 31 of next year.
- RESTRICTIONS: There are very few restrictions in the GOLF HAWAII CARD program. All Oahu courses: Unlimited golf weekdays / One-round Sat., Sun. and holidays.

The rate for each individual course is listed in the box below each course description and on our Rate Card, which you may click on and print out. You will be sent a Rate Card and booklets with your GOLF HAWAII CARD.
Does HawaiiGolfDeals make tee times for GOLF HAWAII CARD holders?
No. You make your own tee times and you may do so up to 90 days in advance (not a requirement) at ALL courses. There is rarely a problem making a tee time in Hawaii. If you wish, you can simply present your HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD on a walkup basis. Course phone numbers are included on our Rate Card.
Can my spouse and I use one GOLF HAWAII CARD for both of us?
No. Every golfer must have their own valid GOLF HAWAII CARD.
Is it worth subscribing if we are playing golf three times or less?
The cost of subscribing is generally recovered on the first use of the GOLF HAWAII CARD. If you are playing three or more times, it is always worth subscribing.
What is rush service and rush shipping?
HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD's are produced and mailed twice per-month (on or about the 15th and 30th day of each month). If you need faster service, RUSH orders are processed upon receipt for an additional $5 per-subscriber. Additionally, you may also choose from two (2) RUSH SHIPPING options, if needed. Those options are fully outlined on our subscription form, which can be printed directly from our website by clicking on "Subscribe" in the left menu/navigation bar. Please note: RUSH SHIPPING is not included in the basic RUSH fee of $5 per-subscriber.
Are there blackout dates and/or any restrictions?
There are NO blackout dates for using the HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD and it may be used as often as you like while the card is valid. Most courses in our program have NO restrictions whatsoever. Oahu courses do not have unlimited golf on weekends and holidays.
Does the HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD offer any other benefits?
Additional benefits vary by golf course (free range balls, merchandise discounts, etc.) and are outlined on our HawaiiGolfDeals Rate Card you will receive with your HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD.
Is my HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD valid for a full year from date of subscription?
No. The HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD is issued on a "Program-Year" basis, which is Feb. 1 through Jan. 31. In other words, whenever you subscribe (from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31) your subscription is good through Jan. 31 of the following year. But don't worry—no matter when you subscribe, the savings are substantial!
What is meant by unlimited golf?
ALL HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD courses offer unlimited golf (same course/same day) to HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD holders. On Oahu, this feature is available only on weekdays (one-round on weekends and holidays). Replays within the unlimited golf feature are always subject to availability. Please check-in with the pro shop or starter before playing additional holes.
How does the multiple-day rate option work?
Many courses offer special pricing options for two or more days. The savings on a multiple-day basis is extraordinary. Most of the courses require full payment on Day One. Each course uses a different method to administer their multiple-day program, so be sure to ask at check-in what the procedure is for your additional days. And always bring your receipt from the first day plus your HawaiiGolfDeals GOLF HAWAII CARD, picture ID and Rate Card on subsequent days.
May I buy additional multiple days at the lowest rate?

Can I avoid the high foreign RUSH SHIPPING charges?
Perhaps. If you are coming to Hawaii from outside the United States, we can ship to your initial Hawaii location. Be sure to give us the exact date and address of where you will be for the first two nights of your visit and we will ship to you at that address. If we ship to a Hawaii address, you can calculate the RUSH SHIPPING charges based on U.S. rates that appear on the subscription application. Be advised, overnight delivery to Kauai, Maui and the Big Island take at least two days. We also CANNOT guarantee next day service on Oahu.

Just wanted to write you to let you know we recently returned from Hawaii. We used our GOLF HAWAII CARD six times and saved quite a bit of money. All the golf courses honored the card with absolutely no problems. Everyone was very nice to us everywhere we went. All our tee times were set up just as we had planned. In fact, we arrived early at a couple of courses and they let us tee off a little early. “Pretenders” are big on the token discount. If you're looking for $15-$20 off a “rack” rate of $210 for a round of golf, or $10 off a $135 rack—pretenders may have it. In fact, they promote it like it's their own heavily negotiated deal. But truth be told, that same token discount is generally available through your lodging property, or by telling the pro shop where you are staying, or even just by asking. Some courses, not included in our program, will even give you a standard (“token”) discount just by showing your GOLF HAWAII CARD. It never hurts to ask.
BEWARE OF TEE TIME SERVICES!
Tee time services are completely unnecessary and a totally unwarranted expense in Hawaii. Hawaii's golf courses have plenty of available tee times and charge you nothing to make one. Do not waste your time and money on a tee time service!
