Replacement GOLFHAWAIICARDs if lost, misplaced or stolen:

• $15 total for one or two golfers
• $20 total for three or four golfers
• $25 total for five to eight golfers

Generally, the new issuance will be via Rush GOLFHAWAIICARD Certificates that are emailed along with all supporting collateral.

We must have your mobile phone number and two email addresses.

If there is adequate time prior to your date of departure to Hawaii, we will send GOLFHAWAIICARD(s) via USPS. Please include the most applicable mailing address.
