The tavern-style Red Water Cafe is located at 65-1299 Kawaihae Road on the right side (coming up from the harbor) in the old Edelweiss building. Open for dinner from 3:00-10:00P Mondays thru Saturdays (closed Sundays). Happy Hour (aka "Grinds for Early Times") from 3:00-5:00P delivers a menu that evolves daily. The bar is open until 11:00P.
